I understand that this form is an official confirmation that I am joining the marching band. I will read and sign my contract and return it to the directors by June 9th. I understand by turning this in later, I am not guaranteed a spot in the drill. *

I have looked closely at the marching band schedule for next year (link is in the description above), and I have ensured that I will be available for EVERY rehearsal and performance.  I also understand that band camp on July 31st-August 4th and August 7th-11th  (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) is MANDATORY FOR ALL MEMBERS. *

I understand that I must pay to participate in marching band; the cost of participation this year is estimated to be $400.  I understand that there will be opportunities to fundraise, and there are flexible payment plans available (as well as alternative options for families who qualify for free/reduced lunch). *

The initial deposit for marching band will be in one of two forms. New members (or returning members needing a new set) will pay the deposit by ordering their shoes and gloves ($50). The second option is to pay $50 in cash or check, which will go towards my total payment for marching band. This will be due by June 9th along with my contract. Please select which option you will pay below.

I understand that marching band is a demanding activity.  I will be expected to try my best at all times (mentally and physically) and remain focused on our shared goals to ensure that the band can be as successful as possible. *
