Leadership in Fire and Life Safety (FLS) education happens at all levels with the goals of preparing a workforce with the skills needed to educate, involve, and empower community members to protect themselves, their families, and their neighbors from fire and related hazards. In this dynamic workshop, participants will learn to lead by example through exploration of the evolution of FLS education and building of knowledge and skills to respond to current and emerging challenges and trends to provide impact their community.
