2022 Winter Camp Final Count Form
We use the information provided below to assign housing for your camp. This form must be completed 4 weeks prior to your scheduled camp or your church will be charged a $50 late fee.

Cancellation Policy:
The current deposit due is nonrefundable and will be forfeited at the time of cancellation. If there is a waitlist, AND we are able to fill your spot, a $5 convenience fee will be charged per spot.
