All parents of CURRENT 3rd, 4th and 5th Graders should submit this form to indicate your child's music selection for the next school year, as it will be used to build your child's schedule for the next school year. This form should be submitted even if your child will not be participating in Band or Strings, so that we can keep track of all students.  Remember, Strings is only offered in FCPS for grades 4-6, and Band is only offered for grades 5-6.
