West Side Wednesdays is a small business promotional event starting June 5th through August 28th designed to drive customers to your West Side-based brick and mortar business on traditionally "slow" days and incentivize patronage through a raffle program. 

Every Wednesday, West Side-based brick and mortar businesses will feature a variety of specials, activities, and outdoor dining opportunities at their locations which will be promoted throughout the season by West Side Grows Together.  Additionally, customers will be incentivized to patronize your business by entering their receipt from any West Side business purchase on West Side Wednesdays to an end-of-season raffle drawing.

Why should my business participate?
This is a great opportunity to participate in FREE marketing and drive customers to your business.  Our staff will coordinate the promotion, provide marketing materials (digital and physical), manage the West Side Wednesday website at westsidegrows.org/westsideweds, and share via our newsletters, social media posts, and community events. 

If you do not have the capacity to participate, simply exit this form or let us know; we are still incentivizing customers to shop at ANY business in the West Side via our raffle program.  If you fill out this form, your promotion will be added to our website and social promotions as a featured special, highlighting your business.

What am I required to do?

1. Represent a West Side-based brick and mortar business (your location should be within the blue shaded area on this map) and complete this form as soon as possible.
   
2. Notify your staff of the program.
3. Promote the event in your establishment and via your social media network to your customers. 
   
4. Participate every Wednesday June 5th through August 28th consistently and 
   
5. Notify us of any changes to your plans, promotions, or offerings.
