#SCBL2024 Vendor Interest Form
The 2024 Space Coast Book Lovers event will be held in Cape Canaveral, FL from Wednesday, June 19th - Saturday, June 23rd.

As a vendor at #SCBL2024, you are given special prominence and publicity throughout the event. In exchange for this you (or someone knowledgeable about your business/services) agree to commit to being present at your table on Thursday, June 20th, Friday, June 21st and on Saturday, June 22nd. There are plenty of opportunities for you to network with readers, authors, and peers over the four-day event.  You are invited, at no extra cost, to attend all the scheduled activities.

Only products that are approved may be sold/promoted at your tables. Also, please note that you may not sell books at your table. If you are in question of your product, please reach out to spacecoastbooksignings@gmail.com to clarify. Anything not pertaining to this will be asked to be removed from your table. If your items are not handmade by you, please get approval prior to the event. **NO BOOKS MAY BE SOLD AT A VENDOR TABLE**

Please note that we do not guarantee electricity; however, WiFi will be provided.

We only have a limited amount of openings, completing this form does not guarantee you a vendor table at the event nor does it commit you to attend until the invite is accepted.  We will send you an official invite along with a note about the due date of payment. Invitations will begin being sent out the week of 07/21/23.

The cost is $150 for a table as a vendor. This pays for one person to sit at the table and full access to all the activities for the event. Any other person(s) will require a PA/Extra Person ticket ($125). You can get a $25 discount on the extra ticket if you opt to have it invoiced with your table invoice. You will need to pay for the table by Sunday, December 31, 2023 and any additional ticket will need to be purchased by 06/14/24. You may cancel anytime prior to 03/31/24, with all monies paid, minus a $25 deposit,  being refunded to you. From 04/01/24 - 05/31/24, there will be no refunds, however, you can transfer names on your table to anyone approved by the SCBL Coordinator. After 05/31/24, there are no transfers or refunds or transfers to the next year.

Space Coast Book Lovers exerts every effort to make this event a safe and drama-free environment. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event who has purchased a table/ticket, at any time, based on damaging circumstances or drama related incidents involving the person that may impact the reputation of the event.

Receive a discount by purchasing an extra ticket. This gives them access to everything you have, including meals. Extra Person tickets are $125 but you get for $100, if you have it added to your invoice and pay by 12/31/23.
