If you have ever attended a past event, you may not have known that all the decoration and behind the scenes operations are supported by members of our local community. When the portal of magic opens, we have a limited time to create beautiful spaces and then take it all down. We also need help during the event to keep the flow of the evening moving. It means we depend on hard working and creative individuals to help. In exchange for your assistance, we offer tickets to the event.
Routine Positions available:
~Setup Krewe: assisting our coven with setting up the decor for our event.
~Tear down Krewe: assists with tearing down the decor following the event.
~Check-In Krewe: assisting with the check in process.
~Gatekeepers/Security: in charge of ensuring only VIP guests enter the designated spaces, monitor crowds and assist police/security contractors with any issues that may arise.
Each event may require additional positions and assistance. If we have more positions available, we will contact applicants with specifics of what else is available.
Once we have identified the exact number of krewe members and roles needed for an event, we will email applicants an offer letter with details on time and work requirements
Additional requirements:
~must be 18+ years old.
~must be able to stand or work for extended periods of time. Chairs will be provided at door positions.
~must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
~set-up/tear down krewe must be able to climb ladder/footstools.
