COR Worship Reservation Form must be completed each week to confirm attendance for worship service.
Registration begins Monday at 9:00 am and closes Wednesday at 6:00 pm prior to the Sunday worship service.
If any member of the party exhibits any  COVID-19 symptoms as indicated in the questionnaire or if any members temperature is recorded above 100.4 F, none of the members in your party will be allowed to enter the church.  Thank you for your consideration of other worshippers in the church.
