PA Education Policy Fellowship Program 
2024-25 APPLICATION FORM: Please complete all questions before submitting. Your application will be acknowledged and reviewed. Acceptances will be sent out on an ongoing basis. The Education Policy and Leadership Center strives to create cohorts of Fellows that will include diverse perspectives from multiple sectors of the education system throughout the Commonwealth. Space is limited so apply early.

Please review the list of session dates prior to applying to make sure you are able to participate. Please keep in mind that attendance is an important element of the program and required (with exceptions for emergencies) to be eligible for graduation.

The Education Policy and Leadership Center partners with Shippensburg University to enable Pennsylvania educators who successfully complete the 2024-2025 Pennsylvania Education Policy Fellowship Program to earn three graduate credits (90 Act 45 or Act 48 hours) to be awarded by the University. If you are accepted as a Fellow, complete the University application, and pay EPLC an additional $275. Upon completion of all requirements of the Fellowship Program, you will submit a request to Shippensburg University for the credit. Please indicate below if you anticipate enrolling with Shippensburg University to receive Act 45/48 credit. Note that all Fellowship Program tuition must also be paid ($2,350).

2024-2025 Pennsylvania Education Policy Fellows are expected to participate in five in-person sessions (3 two-day and 2 one-day) and 14 virtual sessions of approximately 2.5 hours each between September 2024 and May 2025. See attached listing of sessions. The program tuition of $2,350 plus any necessary travel expenses are paid by the employing / sponsoring agency and/or the Fellow. Supervisor’s signature affirms (1) employee’s release time for full participation in the 2024-2025 Fellowship Program and (2) payment of program-related costs, including the program tuition of $2,350.
