NOW HEAR THIS: Pack 194 is planning a visit to Battleship cove for an overnight camping trip on the weekend of April 1-2. We will take individual cars to Fall River and spend time Saturday touring the Battleship Massachusetts and other exhibits. We will then go through the ship's chow line, see a movie, and bunk down in the same beds the sailors used. Sunday morning, we'll eat breakfast in the chow line and then individual families can stay for as long as they wish to view the exhibits - our ticket is good for two full days.
The pack is partially subsidizing the cost. Cub Scouts and one parent per family will pay $50 each for reservations paid by Feb 1. Additional family members as well as late reservations will pay the full cost of $75. Scholarships are available; ask Jim or Andy.
