2022-Graduated students are hereby informed to fill the form . Before filling the form , advised you to  read the information  prepared as per the questions posted in Teams online meeting on 07-07-2022.

1. Graduation day in 2 days : 16-07-2022 - Cultural Program @6 PM  & 17-07-2022 @10 AM
2. Hostel accomodation will be provided for girls on 16-07-2022 & 17-07-2022 (evening). No accomodation for
    Boys but they can adjust in junior hostel rooms. No accomodation for parents
3. Graduation Day Registration process should be completed on 16-07-2022
4. No dues process should  be completed by 16-07-2022 before Registering to attend Graduation Day.
5. Usual dress code on 16-07-2022 and formal / neat dress code on 17-07-2022
6. Graduation day Gowns and caps shall be  taken from supplier ( Rs 2000 refundable deposit after deducting
    rented amount Rs 200 ) at the time of registration on 16-07-2022
7. Provisional Certificate will not be issued before 17-07-2022.
8. Graduation day schedule can not be changed
9. Lunch will be provided on Graduation Day.
10.This is the memorable event . All are invited to attend two day event and make it
      grand success.
11. Graduated students are requested to fill this form those who are attending for proper planning of the two day
      event.
