2024 Live on Five Volunteer Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Live on Five—the big auction of small artworks, Saturday, April 13, 2024, at Buffalo Arts Studios. We expect a crowd of up to 800 people coming to bid on the auction while they enjoy drinks, music, and mingle with fellow party goers. 

We would love your help, as we could not do what we do without our amazing volunteers.

-The night of the event volunteers will be scheduled for shifts between 5pm - 11:30pm.

-Shifts will be 2.5 - 3 hours.

-Wear shoes that will be comfortable as the cement floors can be hard on your feet.

-This year we will provide t-shirts for volunteers to wear.

-Snacks and drinks will be provided to volunteers before and after shifts

-We will have an important volunteer meeting on Wednesday, April 10 at 6 pm.

-Jobs will be assigned a week or two before the event.

-Volunteers will get a free bidder # and are invited to join the party before or after their shift! ($25 value)
