Quality of life and daily functioning of people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMD)
The Department of Nursing, School of Health Sciences of the Cyprus University of Technology and their partners cordially invite you to participate in this online survey, part of the wider rECORD research programme.

The study aims to assess the burden of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMD) on the quality of life and daily functioning. It is addressed to anyone with a relevant clinical diagnosis, regardless of what diagnosis or how long ago the condition was first diagnosed. By participating, you will help us depict the overall burden of RMD, which will provide a valuable information for the needs of people with RMD.

Information for participants
• You will be asked to respond anonymously to three questionnaires which are widely used for this purpose internationally (Section A. Quality of Life, Section B. Daily Functions and Section C. Psychological mood).
• All questions are general in nature and relate to the extent to which a person's quality of life is affected by symptoms associated with rheumatic and musculoskeletal disorders.
• No contact details or personal data will be recorded. You will only be asked to state your diagnosis and some general socio-demographic information for the purposes of the research, such as education, occupational status, if you smoke, etc. (section D)
