Please, read carefully the following terms and conditions of participation. Once you are done, mark the 'I agree' option.
1. Updating Your Registration:
A gentle reminder that you can edit your registration details until September 15th, 2024. However, the information in "Full Authors List" and "Poster Title" fields is crucial for issuing your certificate (if requested). Please ensure your name is included in the author list, and the poster title accurately reflects your current work.
2. Presenting a Complete Poster:
For evaluation purposes, your poster should be a comprehensive piece of work, including an abstract, introduction, methods, discussion, and conclusions. Regardless of the format you choose, incomplete posters might not be reviewed by the judges, potentially delaying certificate issuance.
3. Valid X/Twitter Account:
To ensure we can easily locate your poster, kindly provide a valid X/Twitter account in the standard format (e.g., @LatinXChem). This account can be yours and publicly accessible for verification purposes. In the unlikely event you cannot provide a valid account, we might not be able to consider your participation.
4. Keeping Your Poster Public:
We kindly request that you keep your poster publicly accessible until you receive your participation certificate.
5. Modifications and Certificate Fees:
Please note that changes made to the poster title or author list after the registration deadline (September 15th, 2024) will not be reflected in your certificate. If you require modifications to the issued certificate due to errors on our part (e.g., typos, author names), these adjustments will be made free of charge. However, any request for changes resulting from modifications made to your poster title or author list after the deadline will incur a USD 15 fee.
6. Fee for Typos:
The USD 15 fee will not apply for minor corrections of typos in your poster title or author names. We understand that mistakes happen, and we're happy to accommodate these free of charge. *
