Trillium Awakening Community Survey -- 2023
Hello Trillium Awakening Community Members, 

We’re writing to you today with a short survey about the Trillium Awakening community.  The survey is going out to all members of the Trillium Awakening community, including all Mentors, Teachers, and program participants, past and present. 

We hope you will take 10 minutes or so to give us your honest responses to the following 10 questions by May 1st. Your responses will be held in strict confidence.

We hope the survey will help us to better understand and serve you. To that end the survey asks you to share your ideas about the Trillium community, including any thoughts on how the community could better serve your needs.
