Students wishing to request an override for Arts Administration courses should complete the following form.

Please use one form to complete all your override requests at once for the upcoming semester.

Please DO NOT COMPLETE THE FORM MORE THAN ONCE for the same course in the same semester. If you have a question about your request, please contact the Department of Arts Administration.

Once processed, students will be notified via email of the status of their request.
