By typing in your name you agree to the following statement: “I hereby register my child for the East Linn Christian Soccer Camp. I authorize the staff to direct my child in participation of camp activities. I authorize the camp staff to attend to any health problem or injury to my child that may occur while attending camp. I hereby release and hold harmless East Linn Christian Academy and its staff from any liability that may arise from my child’s participation in camp. I acknowledge that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses, due to my child’s illness or any injuries that occur at camp.”
