Boone Track & Field Visitor Pre-Check In (K-5th)
This year Track & Field will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024 for Kindergarten - 5th grades. 

The following are times for Track & Field:
  • 3rd, 4th, & 5th grades: 8:15 - 10:55 AM 
  • Kinder, 1st & 2nd: 12:30 - 2:40 PM
In order to speed up the arrival/check in process for parents/guardians at the Front Office, please use this form to RSVP for Track & Field. Please use the exact name that appears on your Drivers License/ID. Visitor tags will be pre-printed and passed out upon your arrival. Please make sure tags are worn and visible at all times. Also, please know that your visitor tag will only be for outside activities and will not allow entry into any other part of the building. 

**If you have multiple children at Boone, in grades K-5th, please fill out this form for the EARLIEST time that you will be on campus. Please RSVP as soon as possible, to ensure your tag is ready.
