Donation Request Form
Thank you for your request for a donation from Country Bookshelf. As a local, independent bookstore, we value all the efforts to make Bozeman and Southwest Montana a better place.

We especially value efforts to increase literacy, get books in the hands of kids, and promote reading and talking about books in our community, as we believe that books help to make the world a better place.

We receive dozens of donation requests every year, and to better focus our giving and our time, we have established guidelines for responding to those requests. We wish we could donate to all worthy causes, but since we are just one small business, we do have to make choices.

We do not make cash donations or sponsorships, but under certain circumstances we may be able to donate gift certificates. Books donated may be Advanced Reader Copies or include slight damage and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please take a moment to fill out our donation request application with as much detail as possible, or email the requested information to events@countrybookshelf.com ATTN: Donation Request. You may include additional information (brochures, letters, leaflets, donation forms, etc.).
