LIFT is offering FREE Teen Group Therapy to Catoosa County Students. LIFT recognizes the importance of mental health and is excited to provide this resource to students in our community. This group will meet at LIFT Youth Center on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm. This group is open to 6th-12th graders. This group will be led by Anna Horne, LAPC, who has experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma and, grief.

Intake and screening will be required. Limited spots available.

Once you complete the form, Morgan from LIFT will reach out to schedule the intake and screening with Anna.
