Registration is now open to attend one of four online conversations scheduled during April as Presbytery of Lake Michigan leaders gather input about what ministry and mission activities should be prioritized in drafting the 2024 proposed budget.
The meetings will be held via Zoom on:

Monday, April 24, at 7:30 p.m.
•
Tuesday, April 25 at 3:30 p.m.
•
Thursday, April 27at 7:30 p.m.
•
Sunday, April 30 at 3:30 p.m.
To facilitate open discussion, registration for each online Mission & Ministry Priorities Conversation can accommodate up to fifteen (15) people per meeting. Additional meetings will be scheduled if necessary.
The following guidelines also will be followed.
* Each congregation is invited to send representatives to one conversation. These representatives may include up to three (3) Session members OR up to two (2) Session members and the pastor.
* Teaching elders who are members at large, validated ministers or honorably retired may register to attend any one of the conversations.
* Each campus ministry is invited to send the campus minster and one board member to attend one of the conversations.
Each conversation will be recorded and those recordings made available online.
Each person must register individually to attend a listening conversation. As noted above, all the individuals representing a specific congregation or campus ministry must attend the same conversation. The assumption is that all those individuals from one congregation or group will share information with others in the same congregation or group who were not able to attend.
Advance registration must be completed by 4 p.m. Monday, April 17.
Meeting link details will be sent to the email provided on the registration form at least 48 hours before the conversation is scheduled to start.
