Ace Brewer - Converting Concentrate to Ready to Drink Cold Brew
Use this quick guide when your brew profile and the brew cycle has been completed.

Converting Brew Concentrate to Ready to Drink
You may store your brew as concentrate or utilize the dilution system on the Ace Brewer to convert to a RTD product.  

The dilution process is completed after the brewing step is finished.  If you prefer to store the brew as concentrate simply "Cancel"  out of this step.  If you prefer to immediately convert the Brew Yield into a Ready to Drink product,  "Continue" into the dilution process.   The Dilution Process can not be recalled and is not a stand alone process.



When the Brew Profile is completed the Expected Yield and Target Concentration values are displayed.  These values are specified in the Brew Profile.   If you prefer to store the brew as concentrate, "Cancel" to complete the brew cycle.  If you prefer to dilute the concentrated brew to a Ready to Drink product, "Continue".
Remove Brewing Cylinder from mid platform and dispense of used coffee.
Stir the Brew in the Catch Tank thoroughly as the brew is stratified with highly concentrated brew collecting at the bottom.
"Continue" to the screen where the Brew Yield TDS Concentration is displayed.  The concentration value comes from the Brew Profile and can be accepted "as is" or adjusted to an actual refractometer reading.  To change the value, use the encoder to select and adjust.  Once the TDS Value is acceptable,  "Continue" on to the dilution process.
Empty the thoroughly mixed concentrate into a 5 Gallon Cambra/Keg or other packaging option.
Place Catch Tank on mid-platform for Dilution again using the cylinder lid as a spacer.
The Smart Brew System will calculate and dispense the dilution amount to convert the Brew Yield from a concentrate to a Ready to Drink product.  With the Catch Tank placed on the mid platform, press "Continue" to start dispensing dilution water.
The system limits the weight of the dilution water in the Catch Tank by dividing the total into 50% batches. Empty, refill and empty the Catch Tank as prompted by System Display.
When the dilution water has been fully dispensed the following screen is displayed.  Transfer remaining water to the cambra or keg and your brew is finished!
