Thanks for filing out our survey! Delivery to your area is every 4 weeks. We don't want you to run out, so we will try to figure out your consumption and usage of products, so we can better suit or Zero Waste Needs!

1. If you are in our refill area: Do you prefer Refill Mason Jars or Refill Plastic Pouches? There are pros and cons to both. Each require a significant amount of energy to produce and recycle, so we RE-USE all! and look at the storage capacity Pro's and Con's. Glass is better for washing out but bulky and can break, another con is that they do not store more then 1L, so no other volume option. Plastic pouches are easy to ship, lighter to ship and easier to store, but are difficult to wash out. The pro with pouches is that they hold more so you get approx. .2 L more in the pouch refill for no extra charge. Keep in mind we take back and refill ALL of our containers! Zero Waste all the way:) *

3. Do you prefer 'Scented with Essential Oils' or Unscented products? If you choose scented, we send a variety of fun customized essential oil scents we have made in our lab. We hope you love them all but can of course, customize your order after the first delivery! *
