All Lower 9 Festival Vendors Non-Food (not selling food) Must Have:
- Have your business credentials from the City of New Orleans and State of Louisiana
- Collect and pay your state and city taxes directly to the agency
- All vendors should display/have present their business credentials as required by the City of New Orleans
All Lower 9 Festival Food Vendors Must
- All vendors should display/have your business, food safety, and/or alcohol credentials from the City of New Orleans and State of Louisiana
- Collect and pay your state and city taxes directly to the agency
- Provide their own tables, tents, and display needed to sell goods
- Have a fire extinguisher if cooking or warming food on-site
All businesses must provided their own tents, chairs, tables, and other items needed to sell products at the festival.
Vendors are not approved to sell items at the Lower 9th Ward Festival until they receive a letter of approval.
Generators are not permitted.
Keep the festival FREE. Vendors are encouraged to donate door prizes or be a sponsor at the festival.
