This form is to let the fundraising committee know you are interested in selling butter braids to help raise funds for the 2021 Senior Class Party.

Anyone planning to sell needs to sign up.

By filling out this form you are accepting the responsibility to fundraise and collect funds on behalf of the senior party and to follow through in making payment to the senior party as well as delivering the product.

Sale ends at 8pm on Tuesday, February 16. You also agree that the orders you sold will be picked up on Tuesday , March 2nd
