1. All scholarships may be awarded at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Association.
2. Up to four scholarships will be awarded at the 2023 Barber County Fair on Sunday prior to the Premium Auction.  
3. College scholarships shall be paid to the winning applicant(s) upon receipt of verification of enrollment at the college of the applicant’s choice.  
4. The scholarship is available to any 2023 graduate exhibiting at the 2023 Barber County Fair.
5. Selection preference will be given to applicants with high levels of: academic achievement; community service; and involvement with 4-H and/or FFA.
6. Applications will be available at the Barber County Extension Office and online at www.barber.ksu.edu.
7. Applications must be submitted online by July 10.
