VBS ADULT Volunteer Form
VBS is June 23-27 and we are asking volunteers to be there from 8:30 am - 12:45 pm!

This form is for ADULTS ONLY (18+) A High School form, and a Middle School form will come out soon, please do NOT fill this form out if you are younger than 18.

We are so grateful, and could not make this happen without you!
There is a partial discount for volunteering at VBS! Once you have volunteered you will see a message with the code for registration!

We have a few role options you can choose from:
  • Crew Leaders - lead a group of 6-10 kids: This role is mostly filled by Teens, if you are a parent and you know your child will succeed better with you in their group with them, then we would love to have you as an adult crew leader!
  • Color Captains - Not necessarily in a specific crew, but assigned to a color group to travel with them as their designated adults! We will need at least 3 (preferably 4) in each of our 4 color groups. You will be the keepers of Master rosters, emergency contacts, and schedules. 1-2 captains will travel with our younger crews to their stations, and 2 will travel with the older crews to theirs!
  • Nurse - Will deal with all the boo boos. Will need experience enough to deal with most minor situations, and enough experience to determine when something isn't so minor! Will also initially receive all allergy friendly snacks provided by parents so you can touch base with them about their child's allergy needs. I just need one Nurse for VBS!
  • Set up/take down - We know that schedules are busy! We will always need help setting up/cleaning up. If you work during the week but would still like to help with set up, we would love to have you! Set up will likely be Sunday the 22nd in the afternoon/evening 
  • Prayer Team - can't physically help at all? That is a-okay, we will need prayers for the safe and smooth success of VBS! I would love to include you on our list of volunteers so I can tell the kids there are dedicated people praying for VBS!
We really would like your full commitment to the whole week of VBS, June 23-27, for the whole time (8:30 - 12:45) We CAN make it work if there is one day you can't be there or if you have to leave sooner than 12:45 but not early than 12:00.
