What to know before starting
1. Please complete this signup form which includes a Parent Consent Form at the bottom.
2. Understand the program setting - http://www.sinolanguage.org/cyber-learning/program-details.html 
3. Pay your program management fee per the months you signed up. A signup without the fee does not hold a space in the program.
Payment Methods
1. QuickPay with Zelle (no fee): QuickPay allows you to transfer funds online quickly and safely. Here is the link to set it up - https://www.zellepay.com/participating-banks-and-credit-unions . Please use this email address pay_refund@sinolanguage.org to transfer fund to us.  Don't forget to state the student's name and school otherwise it's hard for us to track who the payment is for.
2. Bank deposit (no fee): At any Chase branch, deposit to Sino Language & Beyond at account # 475958406. Please notify us by email after you made the deposit stating the student's name and school.
3. Credit or Debit card: A 4.2% processing fee is incurred with any card payment. Will be ready soon.
4. Check payment: Due to the COVID-19, we temporarily stop accepting check payment.

Your preferred facetime slot (the time below are your local time) *
You may choose any two days in a week and a time slot for that day. You're obligated to show at these times. We will pair a same-age Chinese student to facetime with you at your chosen time. Your choice is not guaranteed but we will try our best to accommodate your preference. You have the option to change to a different time slot in the next month with an email notification to us 48 hours ahead.   Note: A student who is a no-show once in a month, or three times cumulatively in three-months or shorter may be dismissed from the program. No refund will be made in this situation.
