Amazing Grace Private Home Care: Employment Application
OPEN POSITIONS:
  • Home Health Aide
We are looking for caregivers who are interested in 6, 8 and 12 hour shifts during the day, evening, overnights and especially the weekends.

All applicants must have the following:
  • Experience as a CNA, HHA, or companion
  • excellent references
  • reliable transportation to and from work
As a caregiver the duties expected of you include but are not limited to:
  • ADL's
  • light housekeeping
  • meal prep
  • med reminders
  • companionship
Schedule:
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
  • US work authorization (Required)
  • CNA (Preferred)
License/Certification: CNA (Preferred)

Work Location: Multiple Locations

Salary: Starting at $18 per hour (Part-Time)

COVID-19 considerations: Masks are mandatory for all office staff and visitors. Surfaces are sanitized regularly and office visits are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to maintain a level of safety for everyone. NO WALK-INs ACCEPTED.
