Please sign up for tutoring by Thursday of each week for the following week of tutoring. Tutoring will be offered weekly in the morning and afternoon (unless otherwise noted). The schedule is listed below.  

Availability is limited and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. We will use this form as our roster.  Please know that we reserve the right to change the tutoring schedule as needed.  Although our school wide tutoring program has limited availability, you are welcomed to discuss additional tutoring opportunities outside of our schoolwide tutoring program with your individual classroom teacher.
