This form is for persons interested in competing in the Fish N Brew Competition.
-Competition Entry Requirements-
We welcome any kind of fish-dishes: from smoked fish, jerky, chowder to ice cream!
We welcome all kinds of home brew, beer, wine, seltzer, kombucha & tea!
-Judging by the Public-
The public will buy tickets as a judging fee, and proceeds will go to PCSC.
Each Public Judge will get one vote for fish and one vote for brew.
Winners will receive a hand carved wooden salmon as a trophy
If we have enough competitors to form subcategories, we will give multiple awards.
-The Competition-
It is free to compete
Competitors should arrive between 2 - 3 pm on Saturday
You must be present for the entire competition, 3 - 4:30 pm
Each contestant will be responsible for serving the public their competition entry
Winners will be announced at 5 pm
PCSC will provide: (1) for fish: small plates and bowels: (2) for brew: small plastic cups
Competitors are free to bring their own tasting plates or cups, if wanted
Once you submit this form, we will follow up with a confirmation and copy of these rules.
