• 參賽隊伍人數 No of people ：不限 （接受個人、小組及團隊形式）No limit (can be individual or in group)
• 參加比賽資格 Qualification ：住在香港 或 持有香港身分證既朋友 Anyone lives in Hong Kong or holder of HKID card
• 舞蹈短片時間 Time Limit ：3分鐘內 Within 3 minutes

• 步驟 Step 1 : 把3分鐘內的參賽短片上載在自己 facebook  /  Upload your entry to your own Facebook
• 步驟 Step 2 : 在內文tag @幸福傳聲基金會 及 hash tag #洗手跳舞比賽  / Tag @Blessvisionfoundation and attach a hash tag #handwashdance
• 步驟 Step 3 : 將facebook post link 連同個人全名及聯絡電話, 電郵至info@bvf.world   /   Email the link of your post + your full name + phone contact to info@bvf.world

✔必須具備洗手7步曲 Must include the 7 Hand Washing Steps (可參考 衞生防護中心正確潔手圖: Reference https://www.chp.gov.hk/tc/healthtopics/content/460/19728.html)
✔需要有超級創意，也歡迎二次創作  / Creativity (Derivative work / re-creation are welcomed)
✔舞蹈要在3分鐘內完成  / Within time limit 3 minutes

• 設冠、亞、季軍，及最具創意獎   / 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize & Most Creative Award
• 獎品包括現金獎 及 抗疫產品 (口罩、消毒搓手 、廁紙、護手霜及零食)  / Prizes include cash & anti-epidemic products (masks, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, hand cream and snacks)
