Thank you for your interest in the Community Engagement Fair! We are excited to have you table and connect with the U of M community. You will be notified of your registration status (accepted or waitlisted) within a week of submitting this form. Spaces are primarily granted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, preference is given first to our existing community partners, and then to organizations that have attended this fair in the past.

We will send out additional information about the fair as we get closer to the date. Tables and chairs are provided but please bring your own table cloth if you would like one. The fair is open to all U of M community members but is primarily attended by undergraduate students.

Please contact our office at ccel@umn.edu or 612.626.2044 if you have any questions.

Issue Area: *
To allow students to more easily find organizations that match their interests, we organize the Fair by categories or "issue areas." We recognize that many of you may not fit nicely into one category, but we feel this will make your time (as well as the students' time) at the Fair more productive. Please choose the "issue area" that best matches the work your organization does:
Please write a short description of your organization (100 words maximum). *
What are your core opportunities for students?
This can include volunteer positions, internships, work study positions, or other community engagement opportunities. Please list the position title and a short description (1-3 sentences). You may list 5 volunteer positions MAX. This may feel limiting, but students don't like to read text heavy things; it makes them skim. LESS IS MORE. Trust us.
Participation Policy
By submitting your registration you agree to the following:

As a participant in the Community Engagement Fair, I agree to arrive on time and staff the table for the duration of the event.

I understand that I will be responsible for parking costs.

If my organization is no longer able to participate, I will contact CCEL to cancel our registration as soon as possible so our spot can be offered to an organization on the waiting list.

If an emergency should arise close to the date of the Fair and I am unable to attend, I agree to cancel with 48 hours notice, if possible. If not, I understand that I may not be able to register for the Fair for the following year, or may be placed directly on the waiting list.

If you have any questions or accommodation requests, contact us at ccel@umn.edu or call 612-626-2044
