If you forgot your login password for the AtomOS dashboard follow the instructions below to reset it:
1. Try resetting the password yourself by following the tutorial below:
2. If you cannot reset the device after following the tutorial above, please submit your full device SN number (serial number) to request a manual reset.
Note: Resets are done once a week. Please log in with the default username and password (both are "admin") a week after submitting your reset request.
If the sheet says Not done, turn Deeper on to the network. Deeper is not online and we can't handle it
