2024 Rock Your Wellness Vendor Application (Table)
Event: Rock Your Wellness Fair
Date: Saturday, July 13th, 2024
Time: 4:00pm-8:00pm
Location: Civic Green Park, 9370 S Ridgeline Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129
Price: $175 for regular vendor and $87 for nonprofits (Tax-deductible donation) 
Included: Space for a 10x10 Vendor Booth at the Rock Your Wellness Event 7/13/2024. 
Payable by: Check, Website Donation **We will give you the info to pay once approved
Due: 72 Hours After Approval

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the following:
  • Arrive by 3:00pm at Civic Green Park for setup (only 1 hour to setup and you will need to plan accordingly, due to previous engagement at park)
  • Clean up your space and vacate the area by 9:00PM
  • You are responsible for bringing your own tables, chairs and anything else you need for your space
  • Donate one or more item(s) for the drawing (and give it to the Rock Your Wellness Committee by July 1st, 2024)
  • Market the event through your contacts and previous customers (flyer to follow)
  • Post on Social Media weekly up to the week of the event 
  • Post on Social Media daily the week of the event (July 6-13) Attendance for the event is determined by the amount of awareness we ALL bring
  • You waive all liability to Rock Your Wellness and the 3 nonprofits: You Are Not Alone Mom 2 Mom, Make Mental Health Matter and Trauma Drama University for any incidentals, damage or theft at the event
  • Please plan to weigh down all canopies and structures for safety reasons (min 50 lbs per corner of your canopy)
  • You are responsible for acquiring any permits for your business. This includes a special event tax permit if you will be selling items.

Timeline: 
We will alert you that you have been selected as a vendor by May 15th, 2024. Please make sure you block this date off on your calendar, so that you do not double book yourself. ;-)
