Please note — completing this form does not guarantee an exhibiting space at Pistahan. You must receive a written confirmation letter and submit any required fees or forms to verify your participation.

The application deadline for Festival exhibitors is Friday, July 14.

IMPORTANT: The Pistahan is celebration of the Filipino community's deep roots in the SOMA neighborhood and the historic grounds of the Yerba Buena gardens. We return to the Yerba Buena Gardens year after year to pay homage to our ancestors who once thrived here.

As a guest vendor of the Pistahan Parade and Festival, we ask that you respect the Yerba Buena grounds and facilities. You are required to keep your area clean and sanitary at the end of each day, and you are expected to leave your area in the same condition as you found it. Booth area, table tops and ground must be clear of food debris and garage. Please flatten and bundle empty boxes. Garbage must be taken to the appropriate receptacles (recycle / compost / trash).

All vendors are required to submit a $200 check as "cleaning deposit" as part of your application form. At the end of each day, the Pistahan Booth Manager will inspect your booth with a Health, Sanitation and Garbage Inspection Checklist. Your cleaning deposit check will be returned to you two weeks after the conclusion of the Pistahan only if you are cleared by the Pistahan Booth Manager. Violators of Health, Sanitation and Garbage guidelines are subject to penalties and not being invited back to next year's Pistahan.

A $50 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
