Dhwani Foundation is pleased to announce the second batch of NIRANTHARA which aims at improving efficacy,  efficiency and sustainability through focused interventions over the period of 18 months.

This full fledged program ensures required systems, process and methodologies for NGOs to meet the increasing needs of the current donors, CSRs, Government and other key stakeholders.

The ultimate aim of this program is to support NGOs to improve quality delivery, enhance their scale of work and build long term durability.

தொடர்ச்சியான நோக்குநிலை திட்டத்தின் இரண்டாவது தொகுதி (தொகுதி 3) பயிற்சி திட்டத்தை அறிவிக்க குரல் அறக்கட்டளை மகிழ்ச்சியடைகிறது. இந்த 18 மாத திட்டம் கவனம், முதிர்ச்சி, செயல்திறன் மற்றும் நிலைத்தன்மை அம்சங்களை மேம்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.

இந்த முழு அளவிலான திட்டம் தன்னார்வ தொண்டு நிறுவனங்களுக்கு தற்போதைய நன்கொடையாளர்கள், கார்ப்பரேட் அமைப்புகள், அரசு மற்றும் பிற முக்கிய பங்குதாரர்களின் வளர்ந்து வரும் தேவைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்ய தேவையான அமைப்புகள், செயல்முறைகள் மற்றும் வழிமுறைகளை வழங்குகிறது.

சேவையின் தரத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கும், அவர்களின் பணிச்சுமையை அதிகரிப்பதற்கும், நீண்ட கால ஆயுளை பராமரிப்பதற்கும் தன்னார்வ தொண்டு நிறுவனங்களுக்கு தேவையான ஆதரவை வழங்குவதே திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம்.
