I understand that I must notify the organizational team if I cannot make as soon as possible, and no later than the last day of registration. If I drop out any later, I understand that if selected, I will be required to pay the registration fee except in *very* extenuating circumstances.

I understand that not showing up without notice to the organizational team will result in being blacklisted from staffing and/or being required to pay the registration fee.

If selected, I agree to follow the directions of the Delegate and other staff, and to focus on staffing the competition. I will warm up for events as needed, but be considerate of my responsibilities.
