Interested in renting my art studio to teach your own students/guests for workshops, talks, seminars? 
Complete this form to be considered as a guest teacher/instructor in my art studio at Dilworth Artisan Station. 

OPTION 1: YOU TEACH YOUR STUDENTS/GUESTS: 
Rental fee rate: $75.00 /hour (2 hour minimum requirement)  

OPTION 2: YOU TEACH YOUR STUDENTS/GUESTS AND CAROLINE SIMAS LEADS AN ART ACTIVITY WITH YOUR STUDENTS 
Rental fee rate: $75.00 /hour (2 hour minimum requirement) and 60% of event ticket sales you keep and 40% goes to Caroline Simas. 

*Please note: You are responsible for marketing and promoting your event. Completing this interest form does not guarantee your event. Caroline Simas Studio will determine if your event is a good fit and will be in touch to discuss/confirm. View from the front entrance of Caroline's art studio #28 here at Dilworth Artisan Station. Our building is located in historic South End and is home to 30+ artists. Studio #28 is on the second floor but we have a giant freight elevator if you should need to bring large items in for your workshop/event.

The studio has a large 80" rolling table and you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We also have a larger bar area down the hall just a few yards away. You are responsible for cleaning up after your event and removing all trash to our parking lot dumpster and recycle bins. A 30 minute block of time will be added to your rental fee for clean up. If clean up lasts longer, you will be billed accordingly.

I understand the following terms and cancellation policy: 50% of the event fee is required to hold the date and time for your event. The balance is due 48 hours before the event. You will receive an invoice for the deposit and the balance. Cancellation within 1 week (7 days) of the event will result in a 50% total fee charge. Cancellation within 48 hours of the event will result in full payment/no refunds. A minimum of 6 guests (not including you) is required.  *

*Minimum rental: 2 hours @ $75 hour.
*I will be out of town April 22-May 10,  June 12-25, July 19-26, and October 17-26 so these dates will not be available.
