New Roots Charter School and Grassroots Festival of Music & Dance are co-producing Rootstock, a one-day community celebration of youth performers in the Finger Lakes region. Rootstock will be held at the Bernie Milton Pavilion on May 18th, 2024 with musical groups and dance troupes performing throughout the day, with youth entrepreneurs from YEM vending on the Commons. Rootstock is committed to empowering the next generation of creative youth in the Finger Lakes Region.
