Mother- Baby is a confidential nurse home visiting program provided by AppHealthCare. Every family in Ashe, Avery and Watauga County is eligible for a visit from a Registered Nurse visit following the birth of their baby. These visits usually occur around 3 weeks postpartum but can take place at any point within the first 3 months after delivery.
