In the past few weeks, some recurring themes have emerged in clergy coaching calls and conversations with colleagues. One is that parents are having to adapt to pastoring from home while also caring for (and possibly schooling) their children.
This reality comes with the needs to name how we want to show up for the people in our care (both at church and at home), boil down what is essential right now for both pastoring and parenting, and to think through what shifts we'd like to make as a result. I will offer coaching for these needs through a 1.5-hour group session. I believe that a group coaching session will also provide a means for participants to support and share wisdom with each other.
This session will be offered via Zoom on Tuesday, April 28, from 12:00-1:30 pm CDT and limited to no more than five participants. The cost will be $25.
