D&D Fan Fest is a community run Dungeons & Dragons themed event taking place at *SCAPE Level 5 (2 Orchard Link, S237978) on 28-29 Jan 2023, and
Creators who produce fan artwork and fan handicrafts related or inspired by D&D and/or the fantasy and game genre are welcome to apply for a booth with us. Examples of such products include acrylic charms, key chains, stickers, jewel crafting, postcards, and other such goods. If you are willing to take character commissions or sketch commissions, you're also welcome to join us!

10 Jan 2023, and shortlisted applicants will be contacted within
3 working days of application.
1) Each booth is chargeable at the rate of
$120 for 2 days.
2) Each booth entitles you to a 1.2m x 0.6m with tablecloth + skirting, and 2 chairs.
3) Details about payment, setup and teardown will be communicated if you are successful in your application.
Some of your personal information will be collected as part of your application for a booth with us. Any information we collect will be used solely for facilitating the administrative and communication aspects of D&D Fan Fest.
