Let us know if you would be willing to act as an observer for one of your CWLOA colleagues this season.  If a scheduling match can be found, you would be paired with an official who has an experience level that matches your development as an official.  In other words, you would most likely be paired with someone that has less experience than you so that you can provide positive guidance to them.

Arriving at the assigned game ahead of time, you would let the person you'll observe know that you're there, take notes during the game, and provide positive feedback to the observed official at halftime, briefly, and after the game, in more detail.  A copy of your notes and comments from the game should be sent to Les Snively after the game.

Observing another official counts towards your annual "Service Point" requirement, and, at present, does not provide a stipend.
