This agreement must be completed on an annual basis by all SO Derby members, including volunteers, and consultants. Herein you will find the following agreements:
- Commitment to the league
- Photo-release (we can take and use your photo)
- Waiver of Liability (you agree to not sue us)
- Confidentiality and Non-Compete (you won't share proprietary WFTDA info)
- Updates to your contact and emergency info
- Skaters Contract (you'll be prepared for practice, if applicable)
