You are authorized to send such information, notices, ballots and proxies electronically to and only to the email address(s) noted below and as memorialized by my/our signature(s).

Where there is more than one owner of the Lot and we agree that we wish to receive only one copy of each delivery, notice, or ballot or proxy this is our consent to send those items electronically to the one electronic address listed below.

Should I/We change our electronic address, I/We will inform you electronically immediately upon obtaining the new electronic address. Otherwise, notices and other items will be sent as specified above.
