1. Every member should contact the organization by yourself for the work at regular basis by email (jaxrhg@gmail.com) or visit website notice board (jaxhcf.org ) .
2. A person is selected or can be removed by the senior members by giving reason for misconduct, misbehavior and indiscipline.
3. The member will give his/her best effort to fulfill objective and task assigned to him/her.
4. This is a part time employment. The working time is decided by the senior executive members of the organization . They have the right to hold meetings and decide working hours as per the convenience of majority of all the working members of the organizations and as need to be. Any reason for absence is mandatory to be reported in written to the senior member or organization .
5. If a member wishes to leave the organization; a written notice should be given with valid reason before one month prior leaving.
6. The member agrees that during or after the term of this agreement, not to reveal confidential information, or trade secrets to any person, firm, corporation, or entity.
7. The member is not allowed to collect any form of donation in the name of this foundation. Donation can be collected only through duly signed forms issued by the organization.
8. The senior executive members of the organization are not allowed to join any other organization in the running period when they are working currently with our organization. In case you wish to join, a written application should be submitted to the chairman for approval.

Stipend case:
1. Regular work at daily basis 2 hrs.
2. Weekly report should be submitted to organization email ID (jaxhrg@gmail.com) and also evaluated by the organization .If weekly report is not submitted then the stipend will be cancelled.
3. Complete work should be submitted with the date and reporting will be done on the basis of date whosoever the work is done.
4. No excuses will be listened. The senior member has the authority to inform the organization that the person is not working properly. The organization will take against an action towards the person .
5. If the person is not working properly then the organization has the authority to cancel the stipend.
6. Only senior executive or executive member will get stipend if they submitted their work on daily basis and all reporting should be done properly. The executive member will get stipend when an organization gives an approval for it.
7. All workings and reporting should be done properly, otherwise the organization cancel the membership.
8. If you will not complete work ,the stipend will be cancelled.
9. Once you get work by foundation or senior member you have to complete .you can not make excuses.
10. There is no fix work in foundation for any member. Day to day will change.
11. Some are common task like appoint new member in every month .

Security money:
1. After the completion of membership you will be refunded by your membership money after 1 year.
2. It will be not refunded in between your membership during that year.
3. If we found for any kind of disperency then he/she will be suspended and security money will not be refunded.
4. The security money will be refunded only when you worked for our organization for 3 months on regular basis. It’s not compulsory that you work 3 months after that will stop doing the work, which is also not acceptable.
5. If any problem persists with an organization the security money will be used if the chairman approves it.
6. When you leaving after one year you have to bring two members at same position.
7. If anyone found to be gap for 1 month then the security money will be cancelled.

 Registration money:
1. Not refunded on any condition .
2. Once you done the payment it will not be refunded.
3. When the duration is done then it will be refunded.

 Member’s rules
1. Any member is free from dependency towards the organization if he/she feels that event should be done then he/she can move ahead.
2. He can work anytime according to his/her interest for benefits of organization/community.
3. Every senior member has responsibility to call, message or email in week regarding work performance and asking for work.
4. If organization is providing work or contacting you, you will not answer you will be suspended from organization or not contacting further.
5. You have to contact senior member by yourself.
6. If senior member is not free to take response you can email the decision.
7. Sometimes you have to raise donation money for cancer patient.
8. You have to bring more new member like volunteer ,coordinator ,core ,executive so needy people can work or organization can expand.
9. Incase any financial/legal/working/others problem will come in organization then you have to be support and take stand.
10. If any person, disowned by the foundation, produces such a certificate to any third party for recognition of his/her contribution to the Foundation, he/she shall be liable to legal actions under the Indian Penal Code, (45 of 1860), Sec, 415, 416,417,418,419,420 as applicable.
11. Any breach of the terms by Members shall make them liable to legal action under Section 405 and 406 as applicable under Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)
