2024-2025 Reading Reach Microschool Student Application
Application for Reading Reach Microschool 2024-2025 homeschool program (Kindergarten-3rd grade).  
(Minimum 2 days per week - Monday through Friday.  Commitment of one school year is preferred, however a minimum of one semester commitment is accepted.)

Monday-Friday 8:30am-11:30am (Jeffries Ranch area in Oceanside, CA.) 
Monthly family field trips will be scheduled!

POLICIES-  Do you agree:  A) To pay the monthly amount according to your chosen schedule, which will be automatically charged each month; B) There are no vacation days or make-up days for absences; C) all sales are final, no refunds; D) There is a one semester commitment and I will give 30 days notice prior to withdrawal of enrollment? *
RELEASE OF LIABILITY - I, for and on behalf of myself, my child, and my family, agree to hold harmless and further covenant not to sue Reading Reach Enterprises, Inc., its officers, contractors, and employees against any/all loss, damage, injury, and/or liability that may be suffered or incurred by Reading Reach, its officers, and employees and against any and all claims, demands and causes of action that may be made or brought against Reading Reach, its officers, and employees caused by, arising out of, or in any way connected with Reading Reach. 
I will notify Reading Reach if I do not wish for my child's photo to be posted for educational or marketing purposes (face will be blurred if requested in writing). 
I hereby indemnify Reading Reach Enterprises, Inc., its officers, affiliates, partners, contractors, and employees from any and all claims which may arise as a result of my child's/family's enrollment and/or participation in the activities of Reading Reach.
