Mentees can spend at least 2-4hrs/month to:
- Initiate and communicate expectations regarding the relationship via a mentoring agreement
- Collaborate with the mentor to identify competency strengths and weaknesses
- Meet with the mentor on a regular basis (i.e., monthly) or as established by the mentoring agreement
- Maintain confidentiality within the mentoring relationship

We will match you with an experienced SAMSA MS4 student as they have recent experience with medical school!
