23-24 Summer School Full Credit Program
We are pleased to offer THREE Full Credit summer school classes: Consumer Economics (Meets Junior Financial Literacy Requirement), Health, and Phy. Ed.  These classes will all be in-person at Karcher not BHS. Students can miss a maximum to 4 classes, however students may still be required to make up work from any absences.

Each class will run from Monday, June 17 until Thursday, July 18 with no class on Fridays or on July 4th.

Session 1 (7:45-9:45 AM): Phy Ed. (current 9-11 graders)
Session 2 (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM): Health (Current 9-11 graders), Consumer Economics (current 10-11 graders)

This form is due by May 10th. You will get an email about whether or not you are enrolled and you will be able to see on your Skyward schedule as well.  Students will be prioritized by grade first (Juniors first, then Sophomores, then Freshmen), by the date and time of registration.

Policies and procedures relating to full credit summer school follow:

-Courses will be taught at Karcher Middle School
- Students absent from Summer School for more than four sessions will be dropped and
given a failing grade on their transcript.
- Students who drop a full credit course after the first week will receive a failing grade.
- Summer School full credit courses may require some outside-of-class work time.
- The regular school rules concerning conduct and behavior apply in the summer session.
- The program is available to all residents of BASD who have satisfied book
rental and/or miscellaneous fees as indicated.

Initial credit summer school courses will be taught at Karcher Middle School. Credit Recovery Summer School information will be sent out separately.
